How do I move an app onto the Home screen of my Samsung Galaxy S8 or S8+?

You can access your apps tray by swiping either up or down.

(Click here to view steps showing you how to put the Apps button on the Home screen).

To add an app to your Home screen:

1. Swipe up or down to access your apps

2. Press and hold the app you wish to move

3. Tap Add shortcut to Home

You can also hold and drag it to the screen you wish to use.

If you want to add additional screens to your Home screen, simply drag the app you want to move to an additional screen and a new screen will be created.
