How can I check my symptoms in Samsung Health?

You can check your symptoms or ask questions using Ask an Expert, powered by Babylon, via the Samsung Health app.

Please note: steps may vary depending on the model and operating system on your device.

1 From the home screen, choose Apps.
2 Choose Samsung.
3 Choose Samsung Health.
4 Choose EXPERTS.

Please note: the first time you access the EXPERTS tab, you may be asked to enter personal information in order to get set up. When you’re using Ask an Expert, powered by Babylon, Samsung does not receive, store or use any medical data as such data is processed by Babylon in accordance with Babylon’s Privacy Policy.

5 Choose the instant message option.

This will open up an instant message chat with the Chatbot which will start a conversation with you. From here you can ask questions or describe symptoms.

Some questions will require you to choose a response and others will require you to type a message and press SEND.


Once you have answered all of the questions, you will be able to view a summary of information about possible causes of your symptoms by choosing Your summary.


Here you can choose from a list of conditions that may potentially be causing your symptoms.


Choosing a condition will show you more information about it. Choose exit to go back to your conversation.


Once you’ve finished viewing your summary, you can finish the conversation and rate it by choosing the stars.


When you’ve finished the conversation, you can book an appointment, find a hospital, find a pharmacy or start a new chat by choosing one of the options.
