When using wireless charging pad, how can I check whether it is charging normally?
If the charging has started properly, a charging pop-up will appear, the battery icon will be changed to the charging icon and your device LED indicator will light up red. The wireless charging pad will light up blue.
When the charging is complete, the battery icon will be change to the fully charged icon and the device indicator LED will light up green. The wireless charging pad will light up green.
If you used and old wired charger (5V/1A or 5V/0.7A) to supply power to wireless charging pad, the charging pad will light up cyan. It is possible to use the old charger with the wireless pad however this will slow down the charging speed making the device take longer to charge than normal. We recommend you connect the right 5V/2A charger to wireless pad.
Note: When using low power charger, pad LED lights Cyan. This lowers the charging speed.
