The Additional Exchange on Upgrade Offer ("Offer") is provided by Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. at its sole discretion on purchase of Samsung Galaxy A9 (hereinafter referred to as "Product"). This offer is valid in selected outlets and in select cities only and shall be available for all customers who purchase & activate the product from 6th December to 31st December 2018. This Offer shall be valid in addition to the already running Upgrade Program and shall be available on exchange of select smartphones only with a new Samsung Galaxy A9. Offer can be availed by visiting select Samsung Outlets in select cities ("Outlet") or online through Samsung Shop. In order to avail the Offer customer needs to follow the steps as given in the My Galaxy Application. The resale value shown in My Galaxy is subject to retailer's discretion depending on the physical condition of the device. Decision of the Retailer shall be final and binding.
