Terms and Conditions
- “Alliance Partner” shall mean “Samsung”, who has entered into an agreement with RBL Bank Limited (“RBL Bank”) for purpose of providing the Offer.
- “Card" shall mean Credit card issued by RBL Bank Cardmember/s.
- “Cardmember/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
- “Offer” shall mean such discount/joint benefits given by the Alliance Partner and RBL Bank on purchase of Products/Services of the Alliance Partner using RBL Bank services during the Offer Period in the Website or stores of the Alliance Partner.
- “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from 28th August to 28th November, 2019, both days inclusive.
- “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
- “App” shall mean the following mobile app of the Alliance Partner i.e. Samsung Pay.
- “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by Alliance Partner.
5% cashback on every transaction made through the Samsung Pay app using the Card. The Cardmember can avail a max cashback of Rs.500 per Card during the Offer Period. The Cashback will be credited to the Cardmember Account at the end of the Offer Period.
III. Terms and conditions:
- A maximum cashback of Rs. 500 can be availed per Card during the Offer Period.
- The Cashback will be credited to the Cardmember Account within 30 days of the end of the Offer Period.
- To avail the Offer there is no minimum transaction amount required to be made by the Cardmember.
- In case of transaction failure/refunds or Void transactions, offer stands void and Cardmember will not be eligible for the Cashback.
- The Alliance Partner & RBL Bank reserves the right to amend/withdraw the Offer anytime without prior intimation.
- Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer ongoing offer on the App.
- RBL Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer.
- Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be en-cashed.
- If the Cardmember doesn't receive the cashback within 30 days of the Offer Period, the Cardmember can place their request with RBL Bank helpline number 022-62327777or write to us at CardServices@rblbank.com within 90 days after the expiration of the Offer Period . SuperCard members are requested to place their request with the helpline number 022 711 90900 or write to us at SuperCardservice@rblbank.com.
- RBL Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- For any card related/offer related claims, Cardmember shall approach the Bank
- RBL Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and /or services availed through the App.
- All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the offer shall be borne solely by the Cardmember and RBL Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
- In the event of any misuse or abuse of Offer by the Cardmember, RBL Bank reserves the right to deny the Offer.
- RBL Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardmember from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
- In no event the entire liability of RBL Bank under this Offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount provided under this Offer.
- RBL Bank shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with Offer.
- Incomplete / rejected / invalid / returned /disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the offer.
- In case there is more than one offer available simultaneously, no two offers can be combined by the participant. It shall be entirely at discretion of RBL Bank to consider any exceptions to the above.
- Any person taking the advantage of this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
- The decision of RBL Bank with respect to Offer shall be final and binding on the customer and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
- This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai & RBL Bank reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time, without any prior notice.
RBL Bank is neither guaranteeing nor making any representation with respect to the products / services provided by the third parties. For any queries, complaints, issues and/ or feedback pertaining to products and services purchased from a third party website, Cardmember shall directly deal with the third parties only. The Offers/ services may also be available at other platforms. The Customer's participation to avail such Offers/ services is purely voluntary.
