A transaction may be rejected at Payment Gateway level for reasons such as Incorrect Payment Details Submitted or Transaction Limit exceeding. Mainly such failures are captured as per Reponses received from your bank.
In case you feel you have been charged by your for a failed transaction please wait for 12-24 hours for an auto refund or contact your issuer bank.
