Moisture prevention tips for Samsung Refrigerators

Moisture inside the refrigerator is a natural phenomenon that occurs due to humid air condensation. Moisture increases whenever humidity increases in the environment.

Tips to protect refrigerators from moisture

Always keep the refrigerator away from direct sunlight.

Allow sufficient space around the refrigerator for good air flow. Ensure that there is a minimum of 300 mm of free space at the sides, 150mm at the back of the unit and at least 300mm at the top.

Do not keep the refrigerator directly in front of an air cooler, under a fan or in a high humidity area.

Keep the temperature of freezer section at -19°C and fridge section at 3°C.

Direct cool refrigerator

Keep the temperature control knob between 3 and 4.
