Resolving Drainage Issues in Samsung Refrigerators
Samsung Refrigerators have a drainage system to allow the defrosted water to flow to the drain pan located beneath the refrigerator. The defrosting process is continuous and you will not notice it until something happens. If you find that water is accumulating inside the bottom of your refrigerator , you probably have a clogged drain tube. The Appliance must be drained properly.
Also,if you have noticed water running out onto the floor when you open your crisper drawers, you may have a clogged drain entry and/or a clogged drain hose. Try the below mentioned points:
● Mix up a solution of either bleach and water or Baking soda and water.
● Force the solution down the drain, remembering to have a container ready to catch it when the liquid emerges from the other end.
● Squirt the solution with as much force as you can. If the solution has not cleared the blockage, the drainage problem needs more serious attention. The obstruction should pop out of the fridge after this treatment.
