The slight temperature fluctuation (+/- 5º) is normal in the freezer and refrigerator. This difference may be even greater depending on how frequently the door(s) is (are) open and closed. A refrigerator or freezer that is constantly open may not properly cool your food.

Please follow these pointers to control the temperature fluctuation :

● When retrieving items from the refrigerator/ freezer , take all of the items you need at one time.

● When replacing items into the refrigerator/ freezer , put that items back at the same time.

● Avoid placing hot food items in the refrigerator/ freezer. Let them cool down before putting them in the refrigerator/ freezer.  This is especially true for items off greater volume like soups.
