How to restart the device when freezed or hanged

When your Galaxy phone is constantly freezing or getting hanged. Kindly refer the guide, “Why is my phone slowing down and how can I speed it up?” to resolve this issue.
If your device is still not responding try the following steps:
Perform force restart on the device.
If your device is frozen and unresponsive, follow the steps given below.
Please Note: Ensure your Galaxy device has a sufficient battery charge percentage (>20%), because less battery charge percentage may result in device not powering on.
Update Software Version
System updates can bring improvements that could fix your issue. To check if there is a software update available on your Galaxy phone launch your Settings > Software update > Download and install > Update Now.
