How to enable Wake-up Gesture in Gear Fit(SM-R350) using Samsung Galaxy S5(SM-G900H)?
STEP 1. GETTING STARTED
To control the Gear Fit from your device, Gear Fit should be paired and connected with the mobile device.

When your Gear Fit is paired and connected with Galaxy S5, follow the steps below to enable Wake-up gesture in Gear Fit using Galaxy S5.
a). From the Galaxy S5 home screen, tap on Apps as shown below :
b). From the Galaxy S5 Apps screen, tap on Gear Fit Manager and then tap on Settings option as shown below :
STEP 2. ENABLING WAKE-UP GESTURE
c). Tap on Wake-up gesture and drag the slider right to enable it as shown below :
Wake-up gesture is enabled now in Gear Fit, raise the arm to wake up Gear Fit :
NOTE : This function does not work when you are leaning back or lying down and may consume more of the Gear Fit's battery power.
