What can Technician do once connected via Remote management to customers Smartphone?
Once connected to the Samsung Smartphone technician can Control the device as if they were in front of it itself and make any adjustment to the consumer settings in the device. The technician can see a list of all the setting the Tablet was set to when you connect and save all settings that the device has been set to when finished.
