While downloading an app message appear 'Incompatible OS. Update OS to download app' ?
Google Play and Samsung Apps are digital application distribution platforms and online electronics and digital media store developed and maintained by Google and Samsung respectively. Using this applications you can purchase a plethora of contents such as Games , Music , Videos, Applications etc suiting your specific purposes.
However , you can sometime witness the message 'Incompatible OS. Update firmware to download application' on the screen of your Smartphone when you are about to download an application from Samsung Apps. This message appears when the OS version of the handset is lower than the OS version of the application.
In this case, please check in the application description if the application OS version and the handset OS version are identical. You can check the handset OS version under the Settings option of your Smartphone.
