Why I am unable to unlock screen when Talk Back is enabled in Samsung Smartphones?
TalkBack is an Accessibility Service in Samsung Smartphones that helps blind and vision-impaired users interact with their devices more easily. This application add spoken, audible, and vibration feedback to your device along with some changes in the way you interact with your device.
(Use of two fingers to unlock the device)
One of those changes occurs in the Lock screen of your device. With TalkBack service enabled , you need to swipe with two fingers to unlock the screen instead of one finger. If you are not following this then your device will not get unlocked. Therefore it is completely normal if you are not able to unlock screen in your device with Talk back service enabled.
