What is Samsung's Software Launcher?

Samsung Software launcher is an application that creates an interface for the user on PC for easy operations. One can drag icons, apps, music on desktop to create shortcuts and customize it accordingly. To delete an icon from the launcher, one can drag it out of it as well.
