How to register your care pack once purchased
1. Select respective pack code as per your product model size and period for extended Warranty
(maximum 3 years of extended warranty can be purchased). No promotional offer will stand valid once Extended Warranty is activated (for example 1+1 panel warranty)
2. On successful transaction, you will receive extended warranty details through e-mail on registered email Id.
3. Email the following information to CAREPACK@SAMSUNG.COM
a. Product purchase invoice copy (image)
b. Extended warranty email
c. 15 digit TV serial number (How to find serial number-Press menu on remote > Click Support option > Click on “Contact Samsung” Or “About this TV”
4.Samsung will register your extended warranty & share certificate through e-mail.
