[Galaxy S8/S8+] Device does not charge even it was dried up after water exposure?

There may be some remaining moisture that is not visible. Therefore, further
drying may be required. 

For faster drying, try using cool wind and/or shake the device smoothly a few times
whilst holding the speaker face down. 

 

If you are still having trouble, please contact a Samsung Service Centre.

     

NOTE: Unapproved chargers/cables or improper connection to the charger can
cause damage to the device and it may not charge properly.
