Terms and Conditions
The 2019 Samsung TV Promotion "Ultimate Cinematic Experience with FREE Samsung harman/kardon Soundbars” (“Promotion”) will run from 30th August 2019 to 30th September 2019 or while promotional stocks last, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”). Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd (“Samsung”) reserves the right to shorten, extend or cancel the Promotion Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The Promotion mentioned above is subject to first come first served basis and while stocks last.
2. Purchaser is required to redeem free gift through Samsung Redemption Systm https://samsung-redemption.com/my-gwp/login
3. Redemption of Free Gift is only valid for purchases of any Participating Models as shown in the table above from 30th August 2019 to 30th September 2019.
4. All free gifts (Soundbar Q90: HW-Q90R/XM and Soundbar Q70: HW-Q70R/XM) must redeemed through Samsung Redemption System only and it is not redeemable for cash or in kind, not exchangeable or transferable.
5. To redeem the Free Gift, purchaser is required to complete the online redemption form and submit to Samsung Redemption System personally with receipt issued under the purchaser’s name. The submission of redemption form has to be done between 30th August 2019 and 31st October 2019 (“Redemption Period”). Once the submission is successful, a validation notification will be sent to you after 5 days of submission. Kindly refer to relevant FAQ at www.samsung.com/my/cinematicv.
6. The redemption is limited to genuine purchasers only.
7. Failure of submission to Samsung Redemption System may result in Free Gift delivery being delayed or the redemption of Free Gift being rejected.
8. All eligible entries must reach Samsung Redemption System before the expiry of Redemption Period. Any entry received by Samsung Redemption System after 31st Otober 2019 will be disqualified and considered null and void.
9. If there is any resubmission case, purchaser is required to provide necessary information by 15th November 2019; otherwise you will no longer be able to redeem your free gift.
10. The submission of redemption form is considered as eligible entries if the following three(3) requirements have been fulfilled:
(a) Purchaser’s personal details stated in the Redemption Form are complete, genuine and accurate;
(b) A scanned copy of the original invoice / receipt with Samsung TV model code and serial number attached therewith;
(c) The receipt issued under the name of the purchaser.
11. Free Gift shall be delivered to purchaser within 4 weeks upon receipt of the validation notification email from Samsung.
12. Product display sets purchases are not entitled to the Free Gift. Samsung reserves the right to reject incomplete forms and/or reject the Customer’s right of redemption without prior notice if Samsung suspects the redemption form or any redemption documents appear to be fraudulent or if Samsung believes that the redemption is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
13. Samsung reserves the rights to change the Free Gift with products of similar value in the event the Free Gift are out of stock.
14. By participating in this Promotion, purchaser fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions stated herein and the decisions of Samsung on every aspect of this Promotion shall be final and binding.
15. All pictures and/or images of the Promotional Product and/or Free Gift found in any advertising and marketing materials are for illustration purposes only and may be different from the actual products.
16. Samsung reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the extent permitted by law.
17. Samsung shall not be liable in any way for any costs, expenses, damages, liability or injury arising out of or in any way connected with the Promotion.
18. By participating in this Promotion, each purchaser agrees to release and hold Samsung and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Promotion Product and/or Free Gift, or travel to or from any gift-related activity, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
19. In case of any dispute, Samsung reserves the right to make the final decision. Samsung’s decision is final and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
21. These Terms and Condition herein shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
Q1: What is Samsung Redemption?
Samsung Redemption is new customer portal for you to submit your redemption claim, keep track on your redemption status and view your redemption history.
Q2: How to register an account?
You are required to register an account in order to proceed online redemption claim. Log on to https://samsung-redemption.com/my-gwp/login and click on “No account yet? Register here”. Complete the registration form and you will receive an email notification to complete your account activation. Once the account is activated successfully, you may proceed in logging into Samsung Redemption. Each purchaser shall register his own Samsung Redemption account for the redemption purposes.
Q3: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to https://samsung-redemption.com/my-gwp/login and click on ‘Forgot Password’ at the right side of menu bar. The system will prompt you to enter your email account that need to reset password and you will receive reset email in the inbox of the email account you entered. Click the ‘Reset Password’ link in the email and you will be taken to the page where you can create a new password. Once you have completed the reset process, you will be able to sign in using your new password.
Q4: How do I participate in this promotion?
(a) Purchase one unit of QLED 8K TV [model no: (i) QA98Q900RBKXXM or (ii) QA82Q900RBKXXM or (iii) QA75Q900RBKXXM] will entitle one unit of HW-Q90R/XM; or
(b) Purchase one unit of QLED 4K TV/PUHD 4K TV [model no: (i) QA82Q75RAKXXM or (ii) QA75Q75RAKXXM or (iii) QA65Q75RAKXXM or (iv) UA82RU8000KXXM] will entitle one unit of HW-Q70R/XM; between 30th August 2019 to 30th September 2019 at any participating Samsung authorized stores. Following your purchase, visit https://samsung-redemption.com/my-gwp/login to complete the online redemption form and submit within redemption period.

Upload a copy of Proof of Purchase (the Receipt/Delivery Note issued under purchaser’s name) The purchaser must complete the online redemption form and submit to Samsung Redemption System personally with receipt issued under purchaser’s name. The redemption is limited to genuine purchasers only. Please refer to the Term and Conditions for full eligibility details at Terms and Conditions page.
Q5: What is the Redemption Period?
You must complete and submit your online redemption form between 30th August 2019 to 31st October 2019. In case there is any problem with your redemption, you should receive an email within 5 business days from your submission date and please provide necessary information/receipt by 15th November 2019 at 11:59 p.m. MYT, otherwise you will no longer be able to redeem your free gift.
Q6: How do I find my TV Serial number?
You can find your TV Serial Number in the following ways:
i. Sticker at the back of the TV
ii. You can get the TV information from the TV menu. To get the info, press “Menu” on your remote control, choose “Support” and then choose “Contact Samsung”. The information will be displayed. Use arrow up and down key to find the serial number.
Q7: How do I prepare my Receipt for upload as part of the redemption process?
Uploaded document must be a PDF document or in an image format (jpg, jpeg or png format). Maximum size of each document is 10MB.
If you have a scanner, scan your receipt and save to your computer then ready to upload.
If you do not have a scanner, take a picture with your mobile device and upload the image from your device’s photo library.
If required, you can click “+ More Attachments” to upload multiple documents.
Please ensure all the required details are clearly visible. Blurred or unclear receipt may delay your claim.
Q8: I have just submitted a redemption form, what happens next?
An on-screen notification will be displayed confirming your redemption request has been submitted and you will also receive an email detailing your Redemption ID.
Please check your email inbox (email account entered during account registration) for your notification related to this promotion. You will receive an email notification on validation status and delivery tracking number. Thereafter, your redemption request will be processed by our fulfilment partner within 5 business days from your submission date and free gift will be delivered to you. Arrival time may differ subject to delivery area.
If any discrepancy found in the redemption form and Samsung registration account, our fulfilment partner/Samsung may contact you for further verification. If resubmission is required, kindly refer to Q13.
Q9: How long will it take to receive my gift?
Your gift will be delivered within 4 weeks of your claim being successfully validated. You will receive an email notification with delivery tracking number. Arrival time may differ subject to delivery area.
Q10: How do I keep track of my redemption status?
Please check your email inbox for notification related to this promotion. Alternatively, you can login https://samsung-redemption.com/my-gwp/login to check the redemption status.
Q11: I have entered incorrect details during the redemption process, what should I do?
If you enter incorrect information at any point during the redemption process, please notify the support team straight away. Failure to enter correct details may result in your free gift delivery being delayed or your claim being rejected.

Q12: How can I change my delivery address?
By default, address that you entered during account registration will be the delivery address for gift redemption. When you are submitting redemption request, the default delivery address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to. However it is advisable to remain the Samsung Redemption account holder as the addressee.
Q13: I have received an email informing me of Incorrect/Incomplete/Illegible Proof of Purchase, what does this mean and what do I have to provide?
Please refer to the email we have sent you, it may be that the proof of purchase (the Receipt) uploaded is not sufficient to process your claim due to one or more of the following:
i. Receipt does not match your redemption information,
ii. Receipt does not show purchase date, products or retailer that you purchased from,
iii. Uploaded document is not a receipt,
iv. Receipt is not legible.
You can login to Samsung Redemption to re-upload and resubmit the valid and complete copy of receipt by 15th November 2019 at 11:59 p.m. MYT, otherwise you will no longer be able to redeem your free gift.
Q14: I received Damaged or Defective gift item, what should I do?
Gift item is returnable within 14 working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you if they are damaged or defective. Free gifts (Soundbar Q90R and Soundbar Q70R) are covered by Samsung warranty policy, you may bring the item to any Samsung customer service center outlet or you may contact Samsung customer care line at 1-800-88-9999 for enquiry.
Q15: What should I provide to return defective gift item?
You must fulfil the following requirements:
i. You need to provide proof of purchase (i.e. order invoice number and receipt).
ii. Item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
iii. Item must be returned in the original box (or with, at least, suitable packaging) to protect the Product from damage during return delivery.
