2020 SAMSUNG SMART TV REWARDS (Promotion)
Terms and Conditions
The 2020 Samsung Smart TV Rewards (“Promotion”) will run from 24th August 2020 to 31st October 2020 or while promotional stocks last, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”). Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd (“Samsung”) reserves the right to shorten, extend or cancel the Promotion Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.
2. Participating Outlets
This Promotion is available at Samsung authorized retail outlets only.
3. TV Promotion Products
1. With every purchase of the following Samsung Consumer Electronic Products (“Promotional Products”), the Customer is entitled for one (1) Free Gift as mentioned below.
2. All Promotion/ Free Gift is on a first come first served basis, while stock last.

3. Redemption of Samsung Free Gift
The following are four (4) steps to participate in the Promotion:
Step 1: Purchase the preferred Participating Models.
Purchase the preferred Participating Models from any Samsung authorized retail outlets during the Promotion Period
Step 2: Register details for redemption of free gift
Go to https://samsung-redemption.com/customer/#/sasso/MY-gwp-63 and register an account. After registering an account, fill in the required details and attach the proof of purchase/receipt (with model details.)
Register details into Reward Management System 2.0 (“RMS”), including:
-Customer Name, Contact Number, E-mail Address, Delivery Address
-Date of Purchase, Invoice Number, Model Code, Serial No and Invoice Picture.
Step 3: Email confirmation
Once complete, customer will receive confirmation of the successful redemption email.
Step 4: Delivery of free gift
Free gift will be delivered to the Customer’s address within 4 weeks upon receipt of the notification email from Samsung.
5. Redemption Period and details
i. Customer is required to redeem Free Gift through Samsung Promotion Page only at https://samsung-redemption.com/customer/#/sasso/MY-gwp-63
ii. Redemption of Free Gift is only valid for purchases of any Promotional Products as shown in the table above. Redemption period as below:
● Redemption period starting from 24th Aug 2020 to 15th November 2020.
● Notification will be sent to you once delivery started
iii. To redeem Free Gift, customer is required to complete the online redemption form and submit to Reward Management System 2.0 (“RMS”) personally with receipt issued under the purchaser’s name.
iv. The submission of redemption form has to be done starting from 24th Aug 2020 to 15th November 2020 (“Redemption Period”). The redemption is limited to genuine purchasers only.
v. Failure of submission to Reward Management System 2.0 (“RMS”) may result in Free Gift delivery being delayed or the redemption of Free Gift being rejected.
vi. All eligible entries must reach Reward Management System 2.0 (“RMS”) before the expiry of Redemption Period. Any entry received by Reward Management System 2.0 (“RMS”) after 15th November 2020 will be disqualified and considered null and void.
vii. If there is any resubmission case, customer is required to provide necessary information by 20th November 2020; otherwise you will no longer be able to redeem your free gift.
viii. The submission of redemption form is considered as eligible entries if the following three (3) requirements have been fulfilled:
a. Purchaser’s personal details stated in the Redemption Form are complete, genuine and accurate;
b. A scanned copy of the original invoice / receipt with Samsung TV model code and serial number attached therewith;
c. The receipt issued under the name of the purchaser.
ix. Free Gift shall be delivered to customer within 4 weeks upon receipt of the validation notification email from Samsung.
6. Other General Terms and Conditions
i. The Promotion is available during the Promotion Period only.
ii. The free gifts and/or PWP items are on first come first served basis and while stocks last.
iii. Free gift(s) are only applicable for the purchase made under the participating Samsung authorized dealers during the Promotion Period.
iv. The free gift is not redeemable for cash, not exchangeable or transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
v. Samsung reserve the right to change the colour of the Free Gift item subject to stock availability.
vi. Product display sets purchases, B2B purchases and staff purchases are not entitled to the Free Gift. Samsung reserves the right to reject incomplete forms and/or reject the purchaser’s right of redemption without prior notice if Samsung suspects the redemption form or any redemption documents appear to be fraudulent or if Samsung believes that the redemption is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
vii. Samsung reserves the rights to change the free gifts/promotion items with products of similar value without prior notice. .
viii. By participating in this Promotion, customer fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions stated herein and the decisions of Samsung on every aspect of this Promotion shall be final and binding.
ix. All pictures and/or images of the promotional products found in any advertising and marketing materials are for illustration purposes only and may be different from the actual products.
x. Samsung reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the extent permitted by law.
xi. Samsung shall not be liable in any way for any costs, expenses, damages, liability or injury arising out of or in any way connected with the Promotion.
xii. By participating in this Promotion, each customer agrees to release and hold Samsung and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the free gifts, or travel to or from any gift-related activity, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
xiii. In case of any dispute, Samsung reserves the right to make the final decision. Samsung’s decision is final and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
xv. These Terms and Condition herein shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
Q1: What is Samsung Redemption?
Samsung Redemption is customer redemption portal for you to submit your redemption claim, keep track on your redemption status and view your redemption history.
Q2: How to register a Samsung account?
You are required to register a Samsung account in order to proceed online redemption claim. Log on to https://samsung-redemption.com/customer/#/sasso/MY-gwp-63 and click on “Sign up here”. Complete the registration form and you will receive an email notification to complete your account activation. Once the account is activated successfully, you may proceed to log into Samsung Redemption.
Q3: I forgot my ID/password. How do I reset it?
Go to https://samsung-redemption.com/customer/#/sasso/MY-gwp-63 and click on ‘Find ID or Reset password?’.
Find ID: The system will prompt you to enter your information that you filled in during account registration. System will show your email ID based on the detail provided.
Set a password: The system will prompt you to enter your email account that need to reset password and you will receive reset email in the inbox of the email account you entered. Click the ‘Reset Password’ link in the email and you will be taken to the page where you can create a new password. Once you have completed the reset process, you will be able to sign in using your new password.
Q4: How do I participate in this promotion?
Purchase one of the promotional products between 24th Aug 2020 and 31st October 2020 at any participating Samsung authorized stores. Following your purchase, visit https://samsung-redemption.com/customer/#/sasso/MY-gwp-63 to complete the online redemption form and submit within redemption period.
You will need to enter the following information: -

x. Upload a copy of Proof of Purchase (the Receipt)

Q5: What is the Redemption Period?
You must complete and submit your online redemption form between 24th August 2020 and 15st November 2020. In case there is any problem with your redemption, you should receive an email within 10 business days from your submission date and please provide necessary information/receipt by 20th November 2020 at 11:59 p.m. MYT, otherwise you will no longer be able to redeem your free gift.
Q6: How do I find my TV Serial number?
You can find your TV Serial Number in the following ways:
Sticker at the back of the TV
You can get the TV information from the TV menu. To get the info, press “Menu” on your remote control, choose “Support” and then choose “Contact Samsung”. The information will be displayed. Use arrow up and down key to find the serial number.
Q7: How do I prepare my Receipt for upload as part of the redemption process?
Uploaded document must be a PDF document or in an image format (jpg, jpeg or png format). Maximum size of each document is 5MB.
If you have a scanner, scan your receipt and save to your computer then ready to upload.
If you do not have a scanner, take a picture with your mobile device and upload the image from your device’s photo library.
Please ensure all the required details are clearly visible. Blurred or unclear receipt may delay your claim.
Q8: I have submitted a redemption form, what happens next?
An on-screen notification will be displayed confirming your redemption request has been submitted and you will receive an email detailing your Redemption ID.
Please check your email inbox (email account used to log in) for your notification related to this promotion. You will receive an email notification on validation status and delivery tracking number. Thereafter, your redemption request will be processed by our fulfilment partner within 10 business days from your submission date and free gift will be delivered to you.
Q9: How long will it take to receive my gift?
Your gift will be delivered within 4 weeks from your claim being successfully validated in our system. You will receive an email notification with delivery tracking number. Arrival time may differ subject to delivery area.
Q10: How do I keep track of my redemption status?
Please check your email inbox for notification related to this promotion. Alternatively, you can login https://samsung-redemption.com/customer/#/sasso/MY-gwp-63 and click on ‘My Account’ > ‘Redemption History’ to check the redemption status.
Q11: I have entered incorrect details during the redemption process, what should I do?
If you enter incorrect information at any point during the redemption process, please notify the support team immediately, kindly email the support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. . Failure to enter correct details may result in your free gift delivery being delayed or your claim being rejected.
Q12: I have received an email informing me of Incorrect/Incomplete/Illegible Proof of Purchase, what does this mean and what do I have to provide?
Please refer to the email we have sent you, it may be that the proof of purchase (the Receipt) uploaded is not sufficient to process your claim due to one or more of the following:
i. Receipt does not match your redemption information,
ii. Receipt does not show purchase date, products or retailer that you purchased from,
iii. Uploaded document is not a receipt,
iv. Receipt is not legible.
You can login to Samsung Redemption to re-upload the valid and complete copy of receipt by 20th November 2020 at 11:59 p.m. MYT, otherwise you will no longer be able to redeem your free gift.
Q13: I received Damaged or Defective gift item, what should I do?
Please arrange to return the damage or defective gift within 14 days upon receipt. Damaged or defective gift must be returned in the condition received by you with all the original packaging accessories and/or manual to the nearest merchant retail outlet (i.e. Ogawa) to claim replacement or warranty.
