What are the Terms and Conditions for Premium Delivery Service?

Samsung Premium Delivery Service (the "Service" or "Services")

1. Introduction

i. One-time premium delivery service for online purchases. Services will take place as set forth in this document (the ""Service Scope"") at Customer’s location, as identified on the invoice.

ii. This Service is provided by Samsung SDS Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“SDS”). The Service transaction is between the Customer and SDS. Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd (“Samsung”) is only hosting this site for this Service to connect SDS and Customer. Customer acknowledge that Samsung is not itself a service provider for the Service stated herein.

iii. By purchasing these Services from SDS, Customer agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this terms and conditions stated herein.

2. Service Hours.

Service will be available Monday to Saturday only, excluding Sunday and Public Holidays

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8:30am - 6:00pm

SATURDAY: 10am - 3:00pm only

Area: Klang Valley only

3. Scheduling for Premium Delivery.

i. Within two (2) business days of ordering your Service, you will be contacted by One Mobile Care (OMC) to schedule an agreed date for the premium service and delivery of the item to your home.

ii. A technician will arrive at your doorstep on the agreed date and carry out the Service Scope mentioned below.

iii. Items purchased under the same order that do not require the premium service will be delivered separately through courier and will follow the usual shipping terms and conditions.

iv. Premium service must be scheduled within 7 days from the order date.

4. Cancellation of the Service

Cancellation of the service and order will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed

Customer should liaise directly with the OMC personnel should there be any request to change or reschedule the appointment date. Customer is therefore agree to be fully liable and shall fully absorb any additional charges or fees (if there's any) that might incur due to the change of the appointment date.

Change or reschedule of the appointment date must be within 3 working days from the fixed appointment date. Change or reschedule request after 3 working days from the fixed appointment date is strictly not acceptable.

OMC personnel however has the absolute right not to accept or reject customer rescheduling request subjected to their personnel workloads and manpower availability.


This Service Scope anticipates a standard service as mentioned below only.

Service Scope Includes:

i. One to one Device Tutorial and Demo

ii. Apps Installation and Update

iii. Data Transfer *

iv. 24/7 Premium Careline by Samsung Customer Service at 1 800 88 7799

v. Any Return is only applicable when the device is faulty, or cannot operate due to technical or system issue DURING unbox at customer location by OMC service personnel. This is strictly not applicable after the personnel has left the location. If device found out to be faulty after the personnel left the location, Customer will need to follow the normal after sales service process provided by Samsung Customer Service Centre.

* By allowing the OMC personnel to perform data transfer on behalf, customer is therefore giving full consent to OMC personnel to perform the necessary data transfer and shall not hold any of OMC personnel or SDS personnel liable should there be any data lost or data corrupted during or after the process of data transferring.

Customer is required to have a full back up or copy of the data to avoid any unforeseen issues (such as technical, system, network, etc) that might cause the permanent data lost or data corrupted. With this, customer is aware and agree to be fully liable and would be wholly responsible on her own act and decision, should there be any data lost or corrupted issue during or after the process of data transferring.

Not Included With This Service Package:

i. Affix new screen protector

ii. New casing purchase

iii. Service, clean, repair old device

iv. Dispose old device

v. Trade-in old device

vi. Other service item or request that’s not mention in the above service scope.

6. General

i. In the event Customer have queries with regard to this Service; please call Samsung Customer Service at 1 800 88 7799 for clarification.

ii. By participating in this Service, Customer fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions stated herein and the decisions of SDS on every aspect of this Service shall be final and binding.

iii. Samsung and/or SDS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the extent permitted by law.

iv. Samsung shall not be liable or responsible in any way for any costs, expenses, damages, liability or injury arising out of or in any way connected with the Service. If there is any dispute between Customer and SDS or the installer, Customer agrees that Samsung is under no obligation to be involved.

v. By participating in this Service, each Customer agrees to release and hold Samsung and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this Service, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

vi. The Customer acknowledges that Samsung and SDS may collect Customer(s) information including personal information in the form of, among others, survey forms, (whether on our own or by appointed service provided) taken during the performance of Service. By purchasing the Services, you agree that the collection of such information will be processed, handled and use in accordance with the Samsung Privacy Policy at http://www.samsung.com/my/info/privacy.html. and SDS Privacy Policy.

vii. The Customer will be deemed consented to use their Personal Data in the manner set out in Samsung Privacy Policy and SDS Privacy Policy when using the Service.

viii. These Terms and Condition herein shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
