Please allow up to 5 to 7 working days (Peninsular Malaysia) and 7-14 working days(East Malaysia) for delivery depending on your postcode location. The 5 days start from the the day after you receive an email from us confirming that your items(s) has been dispatched (eg: If You receive an email confirming dispatch on 10th, you should receive the item by 16th). If more than 5 to 7 days have passed from this date and you have still not received your delivery, If you believe a payment has been taken more than once. Please contact our Customer Support Team  at 03-5191-1515 for assistance, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, and excluding Sat, Sun & public holidays.

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers. Once your order is shipped you will be provided with an Tracking number and the name of the courier partner that you can use to track your delivery on the logistic company’s website.If you purchased using a Guest Check-out:
1) Select 'My Samsung'.
2) Select 'Order'.
3) Enter your order number - you will find this in the Confirmation email sent to you after your order was placed.
4) Enter the email address which was entered when you placed the order.
5) The status of your order is displayed on this page.
