How do I use the heart rate monitor on my Samsung Galaxy S5?

1.    From the Home screen touch Apps.

2.    Touch S Health (you may need to swipe left or right first to locate it).

3.    Tap on Heart Rate.

4.    Tap on OK.

Note: if you have a Galaxy Gear device equipped with a heart rate monitor sensor and you have used the heart rate monitor feature before then your latest heart rate measurement will be displayed.


4.    To see your heart rate data tap on the graph icon in the corner of the screen.

5.    Tap on the Heart icon to return to the previous screen.


6.    To access S Health settings tap on the Menu icon and then tap Settings.


Use the back key on your Galaxy S5 to return to the S Health app main screen.
