How to fix frozen black screen or unresponsive issue galaxy note9?

If problem arises with your Galaxy Note9,  rectify the issue and consider the following steps:

If your device is frozen and unresponsive, you may need to close Apps or turn off the device and turn it on
again. Press and hold the Power key and Volume down key simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it.

If after restarting the device and it still freezes or unresponsive occasionally, there are some actions you can try to help correct this symptom:

1 Use the Galaxy Note9 Device maintenance menu to help optimize the device and check for Malware
2 Create memory space
3 Check for SW updates for your device
4 Check your device in Safe mode

To enter safe mode, power off your device completely. Press and hold the Power button and release it when the Samsung Logo appears. Press the Volume down key immediately and hold it until your device boots up

5 Perform a Factory data reset by tapping on Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory data reset

Before performing the factory data reset, remember to backup all important data stored in the device

6 If one of the Apps is causing the issue, remove Apps Data/Cache by tapping on Settings > Apps > Choose the Apps > Storage > Clear Data or Clear Cache
