COVID-19 Update

Dear Samsung NZ Community:

As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve we want to assure you that the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners is our top priority.

As of 11.59pm March 25th, New Zealand has gone into Covid-19 Alert Level 4, which enforces a complete lockdown. We are still working, albeit remotely to ensure that we are able to meet your needs and provide the best customer service possible.

Online Shop and Deliveries

Our online store will remain open on samsung.com/nz and all orders which are “Essential Service” items such as mobile phones and tablets will be fulfilled as timely as possible (even within the lockdown). All other items may still be purchased however these orders will only be able to dispatched after the lockdown has concluded.

The Samsung customer service team is still available and ready to support you and your product needs, available at 0800 SAMSUNG or samsung.com/nz/support
Due to the lockdown our call centre is currently on limited hours to 8:30am – 8:30pm, Monday to Friday; but if you would like to get in touch with us outside of these hours our Live Chat is available 24/7. Currently due to the volume of inquiries we are receiving, it may take longer than usual to respond to you. We will endeavour to get back to you as quickly as possible.

Currently our Samsung Repair Centres are temporarily closed. Please call 0800 SAMSUNG for assistance or any inquiries.
