I have experienced a fault with my product. What is the return process?

My item has been delivered/I have already signed for it - I have found it is faulty

If your item arrives damaged it is important that you let us know as soon as possible. If the product is faulty within 14 days from purchase, please contact estorenz@samsung.com. If you experience a fault with the product outside of 14 days, please contact our Customer Services and Technical Support team on 0800 726 786. To return your item(s) you will need to follow the below steps:

Pack the product in the original packaging with any accessories or documentation that were supplied with the product.
A return label will be emailed to you. Print this label and attach it to the package.
Contact Courier Post on 0800 268 743 to arrange for the parcel to be picked up or drop into to your nearest NZ PostShop.
Once the product has been received by us, we will inspect the product to verify the reported fault. If you are eligible, a refund will be processed using the payment method you used to purchase the product.
