Noise and vibration are unavoidable since a front loading washing machine rotates 1.5 times quicker than a top loading washing machine to maximize spin performance.

If you are hearing a louder spinning noise or hitting noises please check the following:

1. The noise might be caused by having an unbalanced load of laundry.

The washing tub rotates at a quick speed during a spin cycle. If a load of laundry is small (i.e. one or two pairs of jeans) or big (i.e. several blankets), the tub may become unbalanced to one side, giving a rise to a bumping sound.

Please ensure that the laundry load is evenly distributed or add/take out some of the laundry to fit the recommended amount of laundry.

Please Note: When washing a blanket, make sure to only roll up one blanket at a time.

2. The noise might be caused by not having removed the shipping bolts.

Please check these have been removed as they may cause a hitting noise.

3. The noise might be caused by the Washing Machine not being Level.

Make sure the washing machine has been installed on a level, solid floor that is not slippery. If the floor is not level, use the levelling feet to adjust the height of the washing machine.

4. The noise might be caused by the motor in the Washign Machine.

If the vibration of the drum is too extreme, please verify that the machine is well balanced on the floor by pushing each edge of the machine to see if there is any movement which would mean that there is any space with the ground.

5. The noise might be caused by the Washing Machine vibrating against another object nearby.

Please ensure the Washing Machine is not touching any objects on any of the sides and check there is no objects placed on top of the machine.

6.  Lastly, Please check clothing pockets for Metal objects such as coins as they can cause noise. Clothing such as Overalls or metal-decorated clothes can cause noise while being washed. This is normal.

After washing, remove these objects from the drum or filter case.
