"Cannot proceed camera" is displayed when I open the Camera app

Follow the steps below to make your camera application work.

 

Step 1: Ensure that the battery is at least 50% charged. 

Step 2: Restart the mobile device. If the issue persists, proceed to step 3.

Step 3: Clear the camera data. If the issue persists, proceed to step 4.

Step 4: The problem may be with the unit. Call the Samsung Customer Care hotline for further assistance.
