Galaxy Note 3: How do i enable the Location settings?

Location settings let you choose how your mobile device determines your location and which device apps and features can access your location information.
To use (or enable) Location settings on your Galaxy Note 3, follow these steps:
Step 1: From the Home screen, tap Menu button.
Step 2: Tap Settings.
Step 3: Under Connections tab, tap Location.
Step 4: Tap the slider next to Location to turn the feature on.
Step 5: Tap Agree on Location consent pop up screen.
Step 6: Tap Mode.
■ Mode lets you select the accuracy level of your locating method.
Step 7: Select from High accuracy, Power saving, and GPS only.
Step 8: Tap Google Location Reporting.
■ Recent location requests displays apps that have requested access to your location.
■ Location services lets Google™ estimate your location, improving search results and other services.
Step 9: Tap either option and follow the steps to enable it.
■ Location Reporting lets Google apps use your most recent location.
■ Location History stores a history of your location data.
Tap Back to return to the main Location menu.
Step 10: Tap My places.
■ My places lets your device recognize your location to provide relevant information and services.
Step 12: Tap the desired location, and follow the prompts to set the location using Maps, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth®.
Step 13: Tag current location determines which apps can use your location information.
For example, tap Camera to allow the camera tag photos and videos with your location.
Step 14: Tap OK.
Step 15: Press the Home key.
Step 16: You can turn GPS on and off via the Notification Panel. To open the Notification Panel, tap the top of the screen and swipe down.
Step 17: Tap the GPS Quick Panel shortcut to turn it on (green).
Note: If your phone's OS has been upgraded to Android Lollipop, the GPS shortcut would have been changed to Location.
