How to set an alarm

To create a new alarm on your device follow the below steps:
(Steps for Android Version 9.0 Pie)

  1. Open the Clock app on your device
  2. Select the + Symbol in the top right corner


When creating a new alarm you are able to customise the bellow:


Swipe up and down on the displayed time showing to customise and set a specific time.


Alarm Repeat:

Click on the days of the week you would like the alarm to repeat on, or click on the calender icon to choose specific dates. Select none if you dont want this to repeat.


Alarm Sound:

You can toggle the switch next to this to confirm if you would like to have music playing when the alarm goes off. If you would like to customise the sound you can Click on 'Alarm Sound' and choose from Bixby alarm or Ringtone.
Bixby alarm will notify you of the current time and the weather forcast for the day.
Ringtone will let you choose from a default list of options, or you are able to use music stored on your device by selecting Ringtone then Selecting the + in the top right hand corner.   



You can toggle the switch next to this to confirm if you would like to have vibrations when the alarm goes off. To change the vibration pattern you are able to click on 'Vibration' and choose from a list of deafault vibrations.



You can toggle the switch next to this to confirm. If you would like to customise the snooze time, Click 'Snooze' you will then be given the options of 5, 10, 15 and 30 minutes. You are also able to choose how many times you are able to snooze, 3 or 5 minutes, or forever.


Once you have customised your Alarm to your preferance, Select Save to set the alarm.
