How do I reject or block an incoming call on my Galaxy S4?

  When receiving an incoming call on your mobile device you can reject the call and send it to voicemail by touching and sliding the End icon Reject Call Icon in any direction.


     Alternatively, you can reject the call and send the caller a text message by sliding the Reject call with message bar up from the bottom of the screen and selecting the message template or Create new message.


    To edit one of the message templates displayed follow these steps: 

    1.     From the Home screen, touch App Icon Apps

    2.     Touch Phone icon Phone


    3.     Tap the Menu key Menu key

    4.     Select Call Settings.

    5.     Touch Set reject messages. You can create and store up to six message templates.



    To manage auto reject/accept mode follow these steps: 

    1.     From the Home screen, touch App Icon Apps

    2.     Touch Phone icon Phone.


    3.     Tap the Menu key Menu key


    4.     Select Call settings


    5.     Touch Call rejection


    6.     Choose Auto reject mode to set the auto reject feature.


    7.     Touch Auto reject list and tap Add icon icon to manually add numbers to the reject list. 



    8.     To automatically reject calls from unknown number, tap the left-pointing arrow and tick the check box next to Unknown.
