On Samsung Galaxy devices you may have the Flipboard Briefing page. You are able to turn this feature off if you would prefer.

Prior to turning this feature off Check if the magazine Flipboard briefing is activated by swiping right on the Homescreen.

  • Swipe and see the Flipboard briefing move across.
  • Flipboard briefing is displayed.

Please see steps below for how to disable this feature:

1 On the Home screen, Pinch the screen together
2 A preview of the Home screens are displayed then swipe to the right.
3 Uncheck the tick to remove the Flipboard briefing screen.
4 Once the Flipboard briefing is greyed out this confirms that the page has been deactivated.

Test the function by trying to slide to the right and see that the page does not move to the Flipboard briefing.

If you are still recieving Notifications from the Breifing Application this will need to be turned off in Settings. See steps below.

  • Open Settings on your device
  • Select Notifications
  • Toggle the switch next to Breifing to turn off
