How to enable Quick glance feature on the Samsung N7100 Galaxy Note II

Quick glance feature will allow the user to view key information at a glace by hovering your hand over the device when the screen is off

To enable this feature:

1. From the home screen, press the bottom left menu key

2. Tap on Settings

3. Enable Motion and tap on it

4. Tap on Quick glance to turn it on

When the Quick glance feature is active you can then scroll further down to Advanced settings and tap on it, then tap on Quick glance, here you can customize what information you wish to display on the Quick glance screen

E.g. Missed calls or New messages, Battery percentage, Current music and the Status bar

**For this feature to work effectively you may need to make sure the proximity sensor at the top of the screen is clean and make sure you are hovering your hand over the top of the screen where the proximity sensor is located, also works best on a desk or flat surface when the device is not moving
