My mobile phone is not charging. What should i do?

If your mobile device is not charging properly, please try the below steps:  

1 Check the charger has been plugged into the device correctly.
2 Check the charging cable is plugged into a working power point.
3 If you have a spare charger, Try to charge the device with a different charger.
