If your smartphone is not connecting to a Wi-Fi network, then check the following scenarios and their steps to see if they resolve the issue.

Possible solution for the issue if Wi-Fi Requires Password:

1 Try the password.
2 If your phone still doesn't connect, then reset your router or any Access Point (AP) being used.
3 If the issue persists and the Wi-Fi network is managed by an administrator, then contact that individual for assistance.

Possible solution for the issue if Wi-Fi Doesn't Require Password:

1 Restart your phone.
2 If needed, update your phone's firmware.
3 Check if other devices are having the same issue. If the issue is affecting other devices, then check with your Wi-Fi administrator. Otherwise, your phone might need checking by our Service Centre if the other devices are connecting.
4 Try to connect your phone to another Wi-Fi network. If the issue continues, then your phone might need servicing.
