Remote Control Issue on 2016 TV model

Remote control is intermittently working particularly on volume / channel button



We added security features on our software to work with HBBTV channel but some component

interfere with remote control signal (RF signal).



Upgrade the latest TV firmware

    ex. T-JZMUABC : version 1208.2 and above

          T-JZL6UABC: version 1208.2 and above 


 Option 1) On The Network (OTN) if your TV is connected to the internet

     ->Menu->Support->Software Update->Update Now and follow the onscreen guide


 Option 2) Go to  and download the firmware then unzip the file.

        - Copy the file in the root directory of a thumb drive.

        - Plug the thumb drive to the TV USB port.


     ->Menu->Support->Software Update->Update Now and follow the onscreen guide.
