Last Update Date : Jan 17. 2018

* Please note, this section is designed to give you basic product troubleshooting information, also refer to your user manual for more information.

If the DVD disc tray on your Home Theater System is jammed either open or closed, resetting the unit may unjam the tray.

To reset the unit, follow these steps:
1. Turn the unit off.
2. Unplug the unit and leave it unplugged for one minute.
3. Plug the unit back in. Try opening or closing the disc tray.

If the tray still won't open, you probably need the DVD player serviced. To set up a service appointment, please contact Samsung Customer Contact Center on 0800 SAMSUNG (726 786).
