How to redeem:
| 1. | Users of the participating Galaxy model may click Redeem on the Jamba Juice Benefit visible on the Samsung Members app. |
| 2. | Once "Redeem" is clicked, user may download coupon. |
| 3. | Customer presents the Samsung Members coupon and the Galaxy Watch to any of the participating Jamba Juice stores to claim free beverage. |
| 4. | Jamba Juice cashier takes note of the code and the serial No. of the Galaxy Watch. |
| 5. | Customer will swipe on “Swipe Here” to confirm that the redemption was successful. |
| 6. | One (1) Jamba Juice code is equivalent to one (1) free Jamba Juice beverage and may only be used once. |
Terms and Conditions:
| 1. | One (1) Jamba Juice code is equivalent to one (1) free 12 oz. Jamba Juice. The Jamba Juice treats code may only be used once. Codes will be valid once and cannot be reissued. |
| 2. | Promo period is from September 22-December 29, 2018. |
| 3. | The treat is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts. The treat is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promotions or discounts. |
| 4. | In case of dispute in respect to the customer's eligibility, actual code presented, Samsung's decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the cardholder's eligibility for the promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by Samsung at its discretion with the concurrence of DTI. |
