Promo Mechanics:

1. Promo is open only to users of participating devices bought from Authorized dealers and channels in the Philippines nationwide (Open channel, online, operators)

3. To participate in the raffle, users must download the Samsung Members app; and clicks on the raffle entry banner on the Samsung Members home screen and benefits section; and register by completing the raffle submission form.

5. Promo runs from Nov 5-Dec 31, 2018.
6. User registers at the Samsung Members app by submitting the following information:
a. Customer name (First name, Surname)
b. E-mail address
c. Mobile phone number
d. Complete home address
e. Birthdate
7. One (1) entry is based on one (1) raffle submission form.
8. User will receive registration confirmation via registered mail from Samsung Electronics Philippines within three (3) working days.
9. Raffle submission forms entered into via the Samsung Members app during the promo duration will be entered into the prize draw.
10. As a condition of entry, users must give consent to receiving marketing communications. Users can unsubscribe at any time.
11. Thirteen (13) weekly winners will be selected through an e-raffle and be notified via registered mail within three (3) working days and a phone call from SEPCO’s representative.
12. One entry can only win once/ one prize and entry will no longer be included in succeeding raffle draws.
13. The prizes will be raffled off amongst valid entries via random.org.
14. The draw and the SEPCO’s decision in relation to any draw and this competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute with concurrence of DTI.
15. All prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be converted to cash.

An electronic raffle draw will be performed at the Samsung Electronics Philippines Office at the 9th Floor Science Hub Tower 4, McKinley Hill, Taguig in the presence of a DTI Representative on the dates below:

Announcement of Winners:

1. Winners will be announced one (1) day after the e-raffle draw via the promo’s mobile website.
2. Winner will also be notified via registered mail from Samsung Electronics Philippines and a phone call from SEPCO’s representative. There will be no SMS notifications to be sent to the winners. If no response is received within five (5) business days an alternative winner will be selected.

Claiming of Prizes:

1. Prizes may be claimed at the Samsung Electronics Philippines Office at the 9th Floor Science Hub Tower 4, McKinley Hill, Taguig as indicated in the registered mail from Samsung Electronics Philippines.
2. The winner can claim his/her prize within sixty (60) working days from receipt of registered mail from Samsung Electronics Philippines.
3. The winner shall shoulder all costs he/she may incur in claiming the prize (Bus Fares, Taxi Fares, Gas, Parking, Meals, etc.) for NCR Winners. For provincial winners, the prize may be sent via courier to the winner’s registered address, free of charge.
4. The winner must present the following when claiming his/her prize:
Two (2) valid IDs (SSS or GSIS ID, driver’s license, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, Passport, school ID*) with complete real name, photograph and signature, notice sent via registered mail from Samsung Electronics Philippines, AND Original/Certified True Copy and Photocopies of any of these official documents of the winner: birth certificate or marriage contract.
5. In the event that the winner cannot personally claim his/her prize, an authorized representative may claim on his/her behalf, provided that the representative brings the following:
Two (2) valid IDs of the winner and representative (SSS ID or GSIS, driver’s license, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, Passport, school ID*) with complete real name, photograph and signature, signed authorization letter, notice sent via registered mail from Samsung Electronics Philippines, AND Original/ Certified True Copy and Photocopy of any of these official documents of the winner: birth certificate or marriage contract.
6. Prizes unclaimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of the official registered mail from Samsung Electronics Philippines are forfeited in favor of Samsung Corporation with prior DTI approval.
7. Employees, talents and consultants of Samsung Corporation including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the Promo. The winner’s identity shall be subject to verification.
