We pick up your damaged device and deliver it back to you in mint condition for free
You can choose either a 12- or 24-months package for your brand new device.

Physical damage caused by accidents affecting hardware and software.
Damage to the device caused by liquids.
Coverage for parts and labor of device fixes due to mechanical and electrical defects (for second year only).

4. Go to Samsung Care+ portal and input device, invoice & personal details to enroll.
