What is the difference between Samsung Care+ and Samsung Manufacturers Warranty? Click to Expand
Samsung Care+ covers repair and replacement costs for accidental and liquid breakage, for example if your screen breaks. If you buy a two year plan it will cover faults covered by the standard warranty after the standard warranty expires.

The Samsung warranty covers will cover mechanical defects that are inherant to the device for 1 year for your date of purchase.

- Repair for Accdental and Liquid Breakage, a replacement device will be given if the damage cannot be repaired.

2 YEAR ACCIDENTAL AND LIQUID BREAKAGE WITH 1 YEAR BREAKDOWN
In addition to the benefits of the 1 year cover, you are cover for:
- A second year for accidental and liquid breakage
- One year repair service for breakdown covered by Samsung Warranty after the 1 Year Samsung warranty expires

Some of the key exclusions are:

- Theft or loss of your Galaxy device
- Faults covered by our standard warranty
- The service fee if you need a replacement device (Band 1 to 3 1,600 PHP and Band 4 and 5 3,200 PHP)
- Malicous damage
- Damage cause if someone other than you or your immediate family are using the device
- Regular wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage

Samsung Care+ team send you emails and SMS to update them on the following points:
- Welcome notice with personalised terms and conditions
- Acknowledgement and acceptance of your repair request
- Confirmation of pick up details if selected, or Samsung Accredited Service Center for walk-in repairs
- Notify when your repair has been completed or that you will receive a replacement device if the damange cannot be repaired
- Communicate when you repaired device will be returned to you
When does the Samsung Care+ policy end? Click to Expand
Samsung Care+ will end after the term you have selected, one year or two years, or if you have exhausted your repair limit:

One year coverage repair limit
- Accidental and liquid breakage repairs up to the device purchase price or one replacement device if the damage is unrepairable

Two year coverage:
- Accidental and liquid breakage repairs up to twice the device purchase price or two replacement devices if the breakage is unrepairable
- Breakdown repairs up to the device purchase price or one replacement device if the breakdown is unrepairable

Samsung will terminate your coverage if:

- we detect fraud or attempted fraud
- your device IMEI is removed or altered
- a repair has been done by an service center that is not authorised by Samsung
