Mechanics

1. Purchase any participating Samsung Home Appliance from our participating authorized dealers nationwide from October 1, 2019 to January 31, 2020.
2. Go to the Samsung Redemption Management System Website to sign up and create an account.
NOTE: In creating an account, customer needs to agree to the terms of the privacy policy that will allow Samsung to share their data with Bayad Center to complete the redemption process.
3. After signing up, you will receive an email to verify your RMS account
4. Upon verifying, you will be directed to the Samsung RMS Account Home Page. Click the 'Samsung Home Appliances and Bayad Center Promo'.
5. Enter the following details in the Promo Redemption Page
• Complete Name of Customer:
• Model Code of Appliance
• Serial Number of Appliance
• Date of Purchase of Appliance
- Will redemption at Bayad Center Branch be done by a representative? (YES/NO):
- If YES: Complete Name of Proxy
- If NO: Proceed to Upload Documents
• Documents Upload:
- Photo of O.R. with Complete Name of Customer
- Photo of Product showing Serial Number
- Photo of Valid ID of Customer/ Company ID if Corporate Purchase
NOTE: For multiple Samsung Appliance purchases in one receipt, customer must fill up a new redemption sheet per item. Customer can still upload the same receipt.
6. Once your information is registered, you will receive an email validation containing the following
• A unique eCoupon code
• List of participating Bayad Center Locations
• A reminder that you may use you eCoupon 3 days upon receipt of email from selected branches of Bayad Center.
7. Three days after receiving the RMS email, you may go to your chosen Bayad Center location to use your eCoupon. Bring your valid ID and softcopy/printed copy of the RMS email.
8. Bayad Center teller will verify the contents of your RMS email in their computer system to complete the transaction.

Bayad Center eCoupon Mechanics

1. Bayad Center eCoupon is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase (date of purchase indicated on the O.R.). Redemption period is from October 15, 2019 to March 31, 2020.
2. Redemption can only be done at select branches.

3. Bayad Center Credits from the eCoupon can be used in multiple billers per transaction.
4. All Bayad Center Credits from the eCoupon can only be redeemed in one transaction. So customer must consume all credits in one transaction. No carryovers of balances are allowed. Credits not redeemed in that transaction will be considered forfeited.
5. Bayad Center eCoupon can only be redeemed once.
6. Any other fees not related to bills payment shall be borne by the customer.
