1. Customer buys the Galaxy Tab S7 FE via any of our participating Samsung Experience Stores or any Samsung Authorized Store (Offline/Online) within the promo period.
2. Customer gets one (1) FREE Microsoft 365 Personal 1-year subscription for every purchase of the Galaxy Tab S7 FE.
3. Customer to redeem their freebie by registering in the corresponding Samsung Redemption Site:

4. Customer must fill in all the required fields, and upload the screenshot of the new device’s IMEI, Official Receipt and matching valid ID.
5. The free item shall be delivered to the customer's registered e-mail address. The customer shall not be able to redeem their free item at the store where their main item was purchased.
6. Customer must follow the step-by-step procedure in the Samsung redemption website to be able to claim their free item.
7. Delivery Lead time will be 3 to 5 working days upon successful validation of redemption documents.
8. Free items are not convertible to cash, special discount or any other product.
9. This promotion is not valid for B2B, corporate or institutional transactions.
10. Grey units / parallel units are not eligible for this promotion.
11. Customers can redeem their freebie until October 1, 2021
12. Freebie may be availed with 0% installment, Trade-In Trade-Up, Student Discount Program, Family Discount Program, Free Buds Live RMS promo, and any in-store bundle programs the participating Samsung Experience Stores and Samsung Authorized Stores may have.

Redemption Terms & Conditions

1. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions not stated above.
2. Offers will not apply to returned defective products where the customer opted for a refund instead of a replacement. Any free item received shall be returned/surrendered to Samsung in good condition if products purchased are returned and a refund was given by Samsung.
3. The free item/s shall be delivered to the customer’s registered e-mail address as indicated in the RMS portal.
4. Samsung shall not be liable for failure of the customer to redeem free item/s due to factors beyond Samsung’s control.
5. Samsung will not be liable for and will not replace any lost, damaged or stolen freebie.
6. Samsung reserves the right to reject any redemption when:
a. redemption documents are incomplete or not in accordance with the form prescribed by Samsung and, in any or both instances, customer is not able to complete or comply with the prescribed format within the redemption period,
b. any and/or all of the redemption documents is/are falsified, tampered or fraudulent in any way, and
c. if Samsung has proven that the redemption is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
