a. Downpayment can be paid in store via cash or straight payment via credit card
b. Downpayment can also be paid via online bank transfer to the account of the chosen store
i. Only select stores are offering this payment option
ii. Upon clicking on “PAY via BANK TRANSFER” , account details of the chosen store will be provided
iii. After payment has been made, a transfer confirmation screenshot must be uploaded in the portal as proof of payment within 72 hours.
IMPT: Customer must only click on “PAY via BANK TRANSFER” if they want to pay online. In any case that they suddenly decide to do the downpayment in the store, they must update their chosen payment option in the portal.
c. Customer may visit this link > to reserve a Galaxy Z Flip3 5G and has 72 hours to make the downpayment to secure their pre-order.
2. Upon confirmation of downpayment, customer will receive an e-mail to schedule their pick up.

5. Customer needs to present the following:

a. Official Receipt of downpayment
b. Valid ID matching the Official Receipt

a. Copy of e-mail confirmation on payment
b. Bank transfer proof of payment (screenshot), matching the uploaded proof of payment
6. For customers who purchased the Galaxy Z Flip3 5G and chose the free bundle:
a. Customer will get the Galaxy Buds Pro and 25W travel adapter upon claiming of the new device
b. e-Voucher:
i. Customer may redeem the e-voucher (₱3k for Galaxy Z Flip3 5G) by registering in the Samsung Redemption Management Website >
ii. Customer must fill in all the required fields, and upload the screenshot of the new device’s IMEI, Official Receipt and matching valid ID.
iii. The e-Voucher shall be delivered to the customer's registered e-mail address. The customer shall not be able to redeem their e-Voucher at the store where their main item was purchased.
iv. Customer must follow the step-by-step procedure in the Samsung redemption website to be able to claim their e-Voucher.
v. Delivery Lead time will be 3 to 5 working days upon successful validation of redemption documents.
vi. e-Voucher may only be used via Samsung Online Store. e-Voucher may be used to purchase any Samsung mobile item (phone, tablet, APS, wearable, etc.) within the Samsung Online Store.
vii. e-Voucher is not convertible to cash, special discount or any other product.
viii. e-Voucher cannot be used on the main unit.
ix. This promotion is not valid for B2B, corporate or institutional transactions.

xi. Customers can redeem their e-Voucher from September 22 – November 30, 2021.
xii. Offers will not apply to returned defective products where the customer opted for a refund instead of a replacement. Any free item received shall be returned/surrendered to Samsung in good condition if products purchased are returned and a refund was given by Samsung.
xiii. Samsung shall not be liable for failure of the customer to redeem free item/s due to factors beyond Samsung’s control.
xiv. Samsung will not be liable for and will not replace any lost, damaged or stolen freebie.
xv. Samsung reserves the right to reject any redemption when:
1. redemption documents are incomplete or not in accordance with the form prescribed by Samsung and, in any or both instances, customer is not able to complete or comply with the prescribed format within the redemption period,
2. any and/or all of the redemption documents is/are falsified, tampered or fraudulent in any way, and
3. if Samsung has proven that the redemption is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
c. 50% off case:
i. Customer may redeem the 50% off the Silicone Cover with Ring case for Galaxy Z Flip3 5G upon claiming of their pre-ordered unit in store. It must be used in the same purchase.
ii. 50% off case is for 1-time use only. It can only be applied to the identified case stated above.
iii. Customer may opt not to avail the 50% off for the Silicone Cover with Ring case for Galaxy Z Flip3 5G if they do not wish to get said cases.
iv. Customer may not choose color of the case.
7. Token:
a. Customer gets corresponding token below to be used to purchase any Samsung mobile item (phone, tablet, APS, wearable, etc.) within the store.

8. If customer does not claim the pre-order by end of claiming period, the reservation will be cancelled. If customer claims pre-order during launch week (Sept 20 – 26), they can also avail the Launch Week Offer on the same day in the store.
9. These offers are not convertible to cash. Store may refund the customer in case they opt out of the purchase within the claiming period.
10. These offers can be availed alongside Flexible Payment and Trade-In, Trade-Up offers.
11. These offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
