| 2. | Participating Dealers: Participating Samsung DA dealers, e-retailer, pure player and e-store. |
| 3. | The discount extended to the participating models should be passed on to customers. |
| 4. | Gray units/parallel imported Samsung products are not eligible for this promotion. |
| 5. | The promotion offers are not applicable to B2B or Institutional transactions. |
| 6. | Promotion is valid for purchases made from participating Samsung Authorized Dealers only. |
| 7. | Dealers will implement the promo based on the aforementioned promo mechanics. |
| 8. | Stocks shall be delivered to the customer on the month of December 2021. |
| 9. | Colored Panels shall be sold separately. |
Redemption mechanics
| 1. | Customer to make a single receipt purchase of two units of Bespoke Refrigerators from Participating dealer stores, e-retailer, pure player and e-store on October 18 - 31, 2021. | ||||||||
| 2. | He/she will be entitled to get a free Bespoke microwave (MS23T5018AW/TC) for redemption via RMS website. | ||||||||
| 3. | Customer to go to the RMS website after purchase, where customer shall input the ff. details: | ||||||||

| 4. | RMS will validate the details. Once validated, RMS will deliver the item to the consumer. | ||||||||
| 5. | Customers can redeem the microwave from RMS up to December 31, 2021 only. |
Panel installation mechanics
| 1. | Customer will purchase the Bespoke Ref in its default color (Cotta White 1Dr and Cotta White-Cotta Charcoal BMF) in the store. | ||||||||||||||
| 2. | Customer will purchase colors of choice separately from the dealer store (R.Com or in-store) or on the Samsung E-Store. | ||||||||||||||
| 3. | Upon purchase of panel, customers must contact the Samsung Premium Customer Service Hotline 8660-8888 at 8AM to 8PM. | ||||||||||||||
| 4. | Customers must give the following details to the customer service agent: | ||||||||||||||

| 5. | Customers must set an appointment for Panel Installation though this hotline as soon as the next working day. If call was made beyond 5pm call, earliest schedule is afternoon of next working day. | ||||||||||||||
| 6. | Customers must KEEP their proof of purchase of the panels and the refrigerator. | ||||||||||||||
| 7. | First-time panel installation is free of charge within 6 months from date of purchase of panels. For next panel installation changes, customers shall be charged ₱1000/panel for installation. |

*Panel colors vary locally. Only available in Satin Sky Blue, Glam White, Glam Pink, and Glam Navy.
