


Filipino-Style Chicken
Barbecue
Ingredients:
¼ part of chicken
¼ cup banana catsup
1 tbsp. of kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
or local soy sauce with 1 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. crushed garlic
¼ tsp. pepper

Chicken Barbecue
Ingredients:
¼ part of chicken
¼ cup banana catsup
1 tbsp. of kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
or local soy sauce with 1 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. crushed garlic
¼ tsp. pepper

Procedure:
1. | Make 2 deep diagonal slashes on both sides of the chicken. Soak in water for 30mins |
2. | Rub chicken with banana catsup, soy sauce, garlic and pepper. |
3. | Skewer the chicken with a barbecue stick. Put on a plate with the skin side down. |
4. | Put inside the Samsung Smart Oven and set to Microwave + Grill for 7 minutes. After, flip the chicken and set it for another 3 minutes. Then set to Grill for 2 more minutes. |
Procedure:
