. Symptoms:

DPI is changed after rebooting ,connecting a monitor, selecting "second only".

2. Cause:

It is Windows spec.

Windows 8.1 calculates resolution and size of display and changes DPI/

3. Countermeasure:

You can change DPI using below way, but some programs may become too big.

Right-click Desktop -> Display -> Change the size of all items -> Check "Let me choose on scaling level for all my displays" -> Change value.

  

4. Countermeasure:

Please notify that it is Windows spec and some programs are too big if you change the value of DPI.
