Windows 8.1 Issue

Symptoms:    The computer does not go to sleep with sleep timer when the system is connected on wireless network?


Cause:            Windows 8.1


Solution:        Guide user to know it is Windows 8.1 problem. If the user does not use homegroup, let the customer leave the homegroup.


If the user do "Leave the homegroup", the problem does not happen.
Control panel-> Network and Internet-> HomeGroup->Leave the homegroup"
a. Press Windows + x key, and then select Control Panel
b.Select Network and Internet
c. Select Homegroup
d.   Select "Leave the Homegroup.."
