[Windows 8] I want to install either Windows XP or Windows 7.

 When changing from Windows 8 to Windows XP or Windows 7 32bit,

   all data on the disk will be deleted; therefore, you should backup important

   data in advance.

 

 If different OS is installed, driver and software that can run the system must

   be installed in order to run the system. In addition, OS that is different from the

   original form will limit the services.

     Windows XP

        Before the installation, you need to change the settings from the BIOS Setup.

        Then, follow the steps below

While the system is booting up, press F2 to access the BIOS Setup.

.

 

Using the keyboard arrow keys, change the AHCI Mod Control from

Advanced Menu to Manual, and change the Set AHCI Mode to Disabled.

.

 

Using the keyboard arrow keys, change the UEFI Boot Support in

Boot Menu to Disabled.

Using the Windows XP CD, install it.

 

.

 

 

     Windows 32bit

        Before the installation, you need to change the settings from the BIOS Setup.

        Then, follow the steps below

While the system is booting up, press F2 to access the BIOS Setup.

.

 

Using keyboard arrow keys, change the UEFI Boot Support in

Boot Menu to Disabled.

Boot PC using Windows 7 DVD.

 

.

After deleting all partitions in the Partition Selection screen, install Windows 7.

 

.

 

 

     Windows 7 64bit

        Before the installation, you need to change the settings from the BIOS Setup.

       Then, follow the steps below

While the system is booting up, press F2 to access the BIOS Setup.

.

 

Using keyboard arrow keys, change the CSM Support in

Boot Menu to Enabled.

.

 

When booting using Windows 7 DVD, you will see twice a screen saying

"Press any key to boot from CD or DVD….":

When you see the first screen saying "Press any key to boot from

CD or DVD….", if you enter Key to boot into Windows 7 DVD,

 you can install Windows without deleting data.

 

.

When you see the first screen saying "Press any key to boot from

CD or DVD….", if you enter Key to boot in Windows 7 DVD,

you need to delete all partitions.
