1Go to Control Panel > System and Security > Administrative Tools > Computer Management
2In the Computer Management window, select Disk Management of Storage
3Among the Disk 0 partitions, right click the C partition
4Click Shrink Volume and click the Shrink button
5Sufficiently set the shrink volume size and follow instructions on the screen to perform shrink volume
6After shrinking, right click on a newly created partition named Unallocated
7Click New Simple Volume and follow instructions on the screen to perform volume creatio
Backing up with Recovery
1Run the Recovery program
2Click the Backup menu
3Click Yes to run with administrator privileges
4Specify the newly created drive for Please select a drive for saving backup data
5Click the Backup button to start backing up the current state
6Run Windows Explorer and check whether a folder named SamsungRecovery has been created in the newly created drive, and take caution not to delete or change it
