If the proposed solutions do not work, or, if your washing machine is displaying a code that is not listed here, please click the "Create Online Service Request" button below to begin the service process.

    ※ Note

If service is needed, please document the code your washer is displaying.

    Important

If the error code is LE, you may be using the wrong type, or too much, detergent. Use only HE detergent. Non-HE detergent will cause a false LE error code.

To find out if you are using too much detergent, fill the washer with no clothes inside.

If you see suds in the water, you are using the wrong type of detergent, or too much detergent.
