During call on Galaxy S8/S8+, call is often dropped and sound is muted. Why is this?
Recently Samsung had been notified specific network issue of ‘Telstra’ operator affects to S8/S8+
call quality and it cause S8/S8+ device’s call mute and drop phenomenon. The issue needs to fix on network agency(Ericsson) side.
Samsung is working closely with mobile operators to prevent any inconvenience that consumers might experience.
